Historical units - feet, chains, varas, poles, links, rods - are all converted automatically. Multi-tract deeds (common in warranty deeds) parse into separate tabs and traverse independently.
All US State Plane coordinate systems - all 50 states plus DC, NAD83 datum. You can also input coordinates in geographic (Lat/Lon) format and Deed Traverse Pro will automatically convert to the appropriate State Plane zone. Shapefile exports include matching .PRJ files for direct use in ArcGIS Pro and QGIS without re-projection.
